perpetual present

 

Perpetual Present is Daniel's most ambitious and largest show to date. The exhibition consisted of multiple installation works and debuted new bronze sculptures as well as a performative dig site. Well known works like the excavated walls and wall knot were shown. The archaeological dig site brought to life Daniel's fictional world and gave setting to his eroded sculptures. Local actors put on a performance re-enacting an active archaeological site and laboratory.

Worked closely with Daniel on the design of the exhibition layout and dig site, developed drawings, fabricated and managed on site installation, collaborating with the curatorial team, construction crew, and museum staff. Developed methods and materials for the dig site and fabricated on site.
